Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Therai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Therai. He has worked as a Weaver like his father before him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She wears her red hair down. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Tiaathque enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Tiaathque was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tiaathque decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Darrow does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Darrow lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Darrow reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears an entirely violet suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Faral was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Laborer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bhevek was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
