History: Modean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He now mingles about in high society.
