Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lone embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: Mijira was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Shifting was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Slave Trader. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
