History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is greedy

She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bowyer who has hired him part-time. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Hagren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter
