History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Interpreter and was forced into it by her family; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He now owns his own business.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. When Ahlyssa reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Hupe was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Hupe was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hupe's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hupe never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
