History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was born in the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Verna lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Yevelda took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
