Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a sword on her belt. She has beige fur. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Kite is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kite fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has moderate length blonde hair. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Willow has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown fur. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a hunchback. His brown fur is singed and shortened. His yellow eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His cinnamon fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Performer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Drifting lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Merla hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A freak accident while working with her Crown-heir father left her crippled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Priest born in the past three hundred years. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a brown costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has wavy lavender fur. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Shifting was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and revenge

Description: An older man who wears a green shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants, he is not a threatening figure. He has moderate length blue hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Modean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of a Priest, who enjoyed hunting, Modean was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Modean took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born in the north. Ernest was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
