History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Pelaios reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Dentratha lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Hillanot enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Clerebold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Clerebold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Clerebold. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a simple green robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her brass crest is matted, messy, and big. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Sellsword, her father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in halberd use. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She carries with her a set of falchions, each one with a amber on the hilt. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is a great chef.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wants to open a new tavern
