Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorpe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: 6'6" and muscular, this western man wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His crest is rusty and curly. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Ghesh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'3". Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born in the north. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with red slacks and is in decent physical shape. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He is greedy; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This woman wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her fur is brown and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in bastard sword use. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harvest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of goblins
