Description: This tall, slender man has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He keeps his purple hair in a flapper bob. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Pelaios abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Gildmak was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a green and black handkerchief worn on his left side, and is pretty ugly. His crest is brass and curly. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

History: Ildrex was born the youngest of three triplets. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ildrex has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is brown and curly. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Architect, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a Baker first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Birel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She tends to her Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is obsessed with her god.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Irann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Irann. Being a Courier kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
