History: Born to a Bricklayer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her ears are large.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is content.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His brass crest is lengthy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Zedaar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a brown tunic with blue highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Kathra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Kathra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her auburn hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hadwisa isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hadwisa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Soapmaker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
