Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. His fur is cut close to his head. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Two Llamas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and gnomish compassion

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His fur is black, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Kite was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mardnab has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his chestnut hair down. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Golm was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Golm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Myria and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
