Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Panana hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Fargas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Fargas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Healer and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Hupe would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hupe was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull black sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His rusty crest is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Tarhun began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carpenter profession.
History: Lamlis was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. His hair is silver and curly. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When Nalaed reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: 2'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a red poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Ombul lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
