History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
