History: He was born in the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Apothecary profession.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, green shirt, and black tie. He has wavy cinnamon fur. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his copper eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Paymon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paymon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paymon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Darrak was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Darrak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Darrak. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears skinny pants and wears a white and black robe with the hood down. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has slicked back red hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Merchant. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Merchant like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Locksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
