Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'7". She wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Adelaide is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Roofer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in a small forest village. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Detective in town.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fenriz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 4'1" and muscular, this southern man wears long strands of opal and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears his brown hair up. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Alberich took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her black hair is cut short. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Tawna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her right hand. Her long chestnut hair reaches down to her waist. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won.
