Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor. Her fur is short and beige. This yellow eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Right-Handed enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Right-Handed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His crest, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She sports golden long hair. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A friendly and beautiful Half-Elf, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eleanor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: She's in love; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Godfrey has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
