Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Nelkin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Akmen grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a halberd on her belt. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Quilla enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Tailor mother left her crippled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quilla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
