History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Brakka was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Brakka grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Brakka. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Edge learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
