She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.
