Through the years after Skirt was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Skirt's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Shivering is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shivering was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Nella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
