Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Leaf wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Mason, but she was a colossal failure. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears white trousers with pastel and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a worn and beaten armor. He wears his brass crest up. He has red eyes and a black hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A true patriot, Nadarr would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: She wears a grey vest and prefers yellow and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'10" when asserting herself. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Vonana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Vonana lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Beggar, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and gnomish compassion

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She wears a blue shirt with thin white vertical stripes and yellow pants. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ulla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ulla has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
