History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anakis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anakis. History: He was raised in a island tribe. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'11" when asserting himself. He wears his white hair up. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: Soveliss hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born in the east. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in an above average manner. She has a very tight haircut. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eida grew up listening to her father's many stories. A freak accident while working with her Jeweler father left her crippled. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by a spirit.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Nogu was born with her father's beautiful face. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels threatened by others

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
