History: She comes from a rich western family. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Reirak was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Reirak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
