He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ishgha is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Pogranix was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Gurdis was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it
