Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Junk Dealer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
