History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Umpen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Dagger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: Enna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Enna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Painter who has hired her part-time. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He now owns his own business.
