History: Mreksh hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Purah was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sailor. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Vorka was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
