History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This southern woman wears just a white suit. Her clothes are grease stained in places. With bright black hair. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Roofer and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Carter father left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Dell was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
