Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for her, and Quelenna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Quelenna reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: Morana speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a great chef.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mayor who has hired her part-time. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants to get laid; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Symma lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Miller and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Unemployed. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Clerebold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: The child of a Dilettante, who enjoyed hunting, Beatrice was taken on many hunting expeditions. Beatrice abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears long strands of aquamarine and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His red hair is knotted and matted. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
