Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Assassin father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Igden fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Raymond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his father's many stories. His first spouse was a Assassin, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Burgell learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Carlin's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his religion dominates his actions
