Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jane does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Agatha was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Agatha and her spouse have recently divorced.
