Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he tends to wear a large tan jacket. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by his family

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and she perpetually has her sword ready. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vadania grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vadania. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available she will default to her lance. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Meena reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Mason. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a laborer again

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a blue vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her blue boots flare out at the collars. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anastrianna embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anastrianna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Anastrianna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anastrianna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She is an amazing painter.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
