History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Personality: Berrian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Berrian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Cairn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cairn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
