Description: He is scrawny and has patchy lavender fur. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, brown shirt, and blue tie. He has a hunchback. His lavender fur is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines yellow.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Spear was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: The child of a Architect, who enjoyed hunting, Blorg was taken on many hunting expeditions. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears a red cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Altho and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

Description: A moderately attractive man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 8. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Tawna and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: She prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts, and carries nunchakus. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. A true patriot, Yurgunn would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Marshal but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she feels kind of lost in life
