Her first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Gynk was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
