Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Flogg was a troubled youth. History: He was born in a small forest village. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Smoking wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
