He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Adrik was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Kildrak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and expand his business

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Pearl was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her brother.
