History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Thorin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thorin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: He was born in a small island village. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Barrister like his mother before him.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Her scarlet crest is matted, messy, and big. She has gold eyes and a black hat with a red feather.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Servant, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Cory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her red robe. Her white fur is thinning but still full. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a great chef.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She has no hair. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rose does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Rose liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and she has money and likes to spend it
