History: He was born into a rich family. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pyra was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a Hunter, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Akoth was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

History: She was born in the south. After coming to the age of reason, Paela took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Panana isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Silvo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Silvo. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
