He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aldous grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
