Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
