She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Windy was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. One day when Windy was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Windy was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them.
