Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Manfred isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His white hair is cut short. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: Kadana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He has dyed his greying purple hair a little too much giving a sharp purple color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his black eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
