Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and revenge

Description: He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He is physically well-built. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Igden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Igden took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to protect his home

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This malnourished woman wears an entirely violet suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has wavy white hair. Her skin is flawless and her green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barkeep business.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Tim was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull white sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case, and is pretty ugly. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Dharg was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Dharg liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. After a long history of fighting, Mormo and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and tiefling compassion

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Dilettante business.
History: Baelitae was born with her mother's beautiful face. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
