Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Volen has worked very hard to control her curse.
