Description: She is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. She wears tattered old clothes. She has a hunchback. Her hair is brown and curly. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is red and curly. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears an entirely white suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Krimmon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Krimmon. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She carries with her a set of nunchakus on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. She has moderate length chestnut hair. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is content.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Liftrasa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Standing 6'8", this man wears skinny pants and wears a black and grey robe with the hood down. He has done his best to style his gold crest to look like a famous performer. His eyes are red.
Personality: Tarhun is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Tarhun liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by his family
