History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Arannis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has achieved small success as a Weaver.

Description: He wears a fancy white suit. He carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished rapier as well. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mûglûk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Pikar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Pikar's homeland. Pikar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
