History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and sabotage a competitor

Description: An older man who likes to wear red tank tops with black pants, he is not a threatening figure. He has wavy golden hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Crown-heir. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bucklal took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a unemployed again

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hrathy isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: This northern man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His clothes are grease stained in places. His dark red hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Andram embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Andram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Andram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An older man who wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, he is not a threatening figure. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Kriv alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

She prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available she will default to her trident. Her black hair is lengthy. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is a Fletcher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has achieved small success as a Fletcher.
Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: Standing 5'8", this woman is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gunter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Gunter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gunter decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Adventurer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
