History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Tree was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now mingles about in high society.
